Metals Meet Texture
Dallas, Texas
This bold showroom kitchen demonstrates Bentwood's mastery of texture, lighting, and mixed metals at an impressive scale. Rich cherry cabinetry, heavily sanded to open the grain and reveal its natural depth, pairs with brass accents throughout, from trim detailing around open display areas and square hinges to applied moldings and elegant reveals at the island's edge. A signature bimetal mesh of woven stainless steel and brass creates a striking focal point, while custom square hinges and Shagreen-wrapped panels add unexpected tactile luxury. Innovative lit interiors illuminate cabinet boxes from within, transforming functional storage into a design statement. The adjacent bar area continues the material narrative with pin-lit brass shelving, an alligator-clad countertop, and a built-in beer tap, all framed by brass-trimmed moldings. A curved, reeded seating niche softens the geometry, while leathered stone countertops add organic texture to the polished composition. Every detail, from the True refrigeration integration to the lift-up mixer shelf, reflects a kitchen designed for both entertaining and inspiration.
