Design Collaboration — Interior Designer, Deborah Moore knew this was a special project for her long-time friends and clients who were moving their primary residence to the Shores of Michigan. Updating an existing Penthouse to accommodate the client’s lifestyle required creative vision and execution. Steve Karp, Senior Bentwood Kitchen Designer collaborated with Deborah and clients on custom designs for the: Kitchen, Bar/Pool Table Room, Study, Master Bedroom and bathrooms. The results are a spectacular dream home!

Floor Plan Challenges — Design for 2 level residence that accommodates modern, comfortable and 100% usable space in new contemporary style. Create a place for everything with luxury in mind. The updated Study is a great example of this—we love the custom nickel mesh detail and hardware!

Beautiful Materials & Finishes — For the kitchen cabinetry, textured designer laminates were selected for beautiful hue and contemporary style. Glass front upper cabinetry keep the room light and airy highlighting the harbor view. Custom walnut cutting board on the island add a beautiful and functional detail!

Savvy Storage — As part of Master Bath we designed a white high gloss dressing vanity that accommodates personal storage for essential oil collection, make up, and other favorite beauty care products.

Favorite Design Element — The Custom Cabinetry in the Bar area is ready for entertaining! Take a seat at the bar and enjoy watching the pool game or having appetizers and a drink. The custom metal screen adds modern detail with the same cabinetry material used in the kitchen for a look of continuity.
