Design Summary: “The design vision aims to establish a minimalist aesthetic that preserves a personal, lived-in quality– balancing simplicity and warmth while integrating contemporary appliances and elements. The goal was to create a serene, easy-to-maintain environment that is functional for a growing family who enjoys cooking and entertaining, all while remaining inviting and cozy,” says Karmela Dizon.

What distinguishes this project is not only the overall sense of serenity and cohesiveness that flows throughout the spaces, but also the meticulous and comprehensive customization of the cabinetry. Although the cabinet wood species and finish are consistent throughout, this project incorporates three distinct cabinet construction types—frameless, inset plus, and inset—to define each space and create a more personalized experience.
